The technical level meeting was carried out in line with UNAMI’s mandate to promote human rights and its ongoing work related to the protection of human rights in the online space. Discussion focused on the potential human rights implications of the bill. The UNAMI Human Rights Office will share a written input with the Council of Representatives highlighting the key topics raised in the meeting as well as its own human rights-related observations and written submissions prepared by the attendees.
